WGP#1 WATERJET WORLD SERIES 2025 - ROUND 1, JAPAN │ 15-18 MAY 2025

Get ready for high-octane water warfare as the battle for world supremacy hits the shores of Nishikinohama Beach, Osaka, Japan, from May 15–18! The “WGP#1 Waterjet World Series 2025” and the “WGP#1 Waterjet Asian Championships 2025” kick off in spectacular fashion, drawing over 200 elite jet ski riders from 21 countries across Europe, the Americas, Asia, Oceania, and Africa.

All eyes are on the PRO SKI GRAND PRIX, the fiercest and fastest stand-up class in the world, where the very best of the best clash for glory. This year’s lineup features 29 top-tier riders from 5 countries. It’s shaping up to be the most intense battleground of this event! With 30 pro riders, only 18 will qualify for the main event. The rest? Heading home early. No Place for Defeated! Fans will be on the edge of their seats wondering who will successfully make it through!

Leading the pack, will the reigning WGP#1 World Champion, is #90 Kevin Reiterer ,AKA "Superman" from Austria, maintains his dominance? Fans, you don't want to miss this!!

Japan’s home crowd will be roaring for #37 Toshi “Samurai” Ohara, the reigning Asian Champion (2024) and national pride, as he defends his turf in front of the Osaka faithful. From the U.S., #300 James Wilson, the 2024 World Series runner-up, is locked in and ready – both machine and body fine-tuned for redemption. And don't forget the pack of formidable rising stars, including #111 Jayden Richardson, “The Aussie Shark,” currently ranked 3rd in the World Series after a scorching season last year. And #T4 Tanawin Molee "Twin Thunder" from Thailand, among others.
